What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value for a voucher is €50,00
Can I only redeem the voucher for cosmetic treatments?
No, the voucher can be redeemed for all services at the Plastethics Clinic. For cosmetic treatments, but also for Botox, fillers & Co.
How long is a voucher valid?
Basically until it is redeemed. Vouchers with a monetary value are therefore unlimited. If a specific treatment was chosen, the amount paid is valid for 12 months. The voucher is of course still valid, but the treatment may no longer be offered at the original conditions.
Can I return the voucher or redeem it against payment of the voucher amount?
Unfortunately that is not possible.
